SCHOOL POLICY

HYGIENE

Always practice good hygiene and stay odor-free. Keep finger and toe nails neatly trimmed. Do not train if you have a rash, skin infection, fungus or are sick.
Always wear a freshly washed uniform. Update uniforms periodically, typically once per year.
Wear indoor sandals when off the mat. No bare feet in the bathroom area. Bare feet only on the mat. No wrestling shoes. Make sure your feet are clean before entering the mat area.

Be coachable. Respect the instructor(s) authority and trust their guidance in regards to safety.
Make sure to use the required equipment for sparring and keep it up to date. Remove any jewelry before training.
Be a good training partner. Bad sportsmanship and inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

Keep noise to a minimum and find a comfortable seat on one of our spectator benches. Any children spectating need to be supervised by an adult at all times.
NO COACHING or shouting from the sidelines. It’s very distracting to the coaches, your child/ren, and the other students. Please be respectful.
No helicopter parenting or hovering around the mat area. If you need to take your child off the training floor for any reason, be polite, and do so as quietly as possible.

Our memberships run semi-annually, in 24 week cycles, with a break in between each one.
Memberships are monthly and renew automatically at the 1st of the month.
All payments are made in advance and are non-refundable.
There is no carry over for missed classes, closings, holidays, or vacations.
We do not offer pauses or holds for membership.
We require a 2 week notice for any cancellation of membership.
Cancellation of membership for any length of time will waive any discounts that may have been accumulated.

For information on snow closings, we will notify all clients via text through our App. We will also post any updates in our private FB group.
